Complete Machu Picchu full day tour itinerary

One day before the excursion a member of our staff will come to your hotel to give you the briefing for your Machu Picchu Full Day tour, during this session you will be given all the necessary documentation and information for the excursion.

The next day according to the agreed time a day before a member of our staff will come to your accommodation to transfer you by transport to the train station located in the town of Ollantaytambo where you must be thirty minutes before to board the tourist train that will take you to Machu Picchu Pueblo, the train ride is 1 hour and 50 minutes, during the tour we will see the vegetation and wildlife that abounds in these places.

Once you have arrived at the town of Machu Picchu the guide in charge will pick you up at the train station of the village to take you to the Consettur bus terminal to go up from the village to the long awaited destination which is the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, once you have arrived at the control gate you must show your passport with the entrance ticket (very important to carry your passport with which you booked your income) to enter we will feel the magic and energy that has this paradisiacal sanctuary.

During this magnificent adventure you will be able to see the fine stone constructions that Machu Picchu houses, while our guide gives you all the historical information of this enigmatic sanctuary, the guided tour lasts about 1:50 minutes.

Once we have finished our tour we will go down to the Consettur bus terminal to board our bus to return to the town of Machu Picchu where you will enjoy a delicious lunch.

Finally we board our train to the train station in Ollantaytambo where our vehicle will be waiting for you to return to Cusco, leaving you at your hotel.
