RESERVATION FORM

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND RESERVATION INFORMATION

If you wish to make a reservation, please complete our Reservation Form. Each reservation requires a deposit of USD $200.00, or 50% (depending on the total price) as initial payment per person. The final balance can be paid in cash in our office in Cusco during your briefing one or two days before your trip.
Once the deposit is confirmed, we will send you your proof of contract.

GROUP ADMINISTRATOR

First name and Last name must be EXACTLY as in the Passport or DNI (Peruvian passengers) Age at the time of the tour. Dietary details of the passenger: You must inform us if it is vegetarian, have allergies, other dietary requirements, etc.

Total Price

Deposit USD $200.00 OR 50% as initial payment per person depending on price total

The final balance can be paid at your briefing at our local office or at your hotel in cash.
